Villa La Estancia is happy to introduce you to our Discovery Try & Buy program, which is designed for people interested in purchasing a Luxury Fractional or Full Ownership property at one of our Residence Resorts.

Take advantage of this fantastic promotion and experience firsthand the excitement, fun and ease of vacation home ownership which only Villa Group offers.

 

Program Rules

  1. To participate in the program you must be 30 years of age or older, fully employed or retired and have an annual household income grater than $100,000 USD.
  2. You will travel to Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta or Cabo San Lucas (at your expense) and stay at one of our resorts for 4 nights.
  3. The cost of your accommodations will be substantially discounted, however, the price of package will depend on the time of the season and is subject to availability. A maximum of 6 people are allowed in a two bedroom villa. We also have 3 bedroom villas and Oceanfront villas available.
  4. You are aware that it is a necessary requirement that you be present for a presentation. This presentation is educational in nature and will allow you to understand our Real Estate product and Villa La Estancia Lifestyle.
  5. If during your visit you purchase a fractional or full ownership interest in one of our villas, your total amount of $5,000 USD* of your travel expenses will be deducted from your purchase.
  6. The request form at the right hand must be completely filled out to be considered for our "Try & Buy" promotion. There is a limited supply of villas at this promotional price and they are available on a first come first serve basis.
  7. The villas cannot be reserved more than 45 days prior to your visit. Your reserved villa must be paid in full with a major credit card before receiving a confirmed reservation.
  8. If you do not participate in the discovery presentation, Villa La Estancia will charge your credit card an additional $250 USD per night for your visit.

* $5,000 dollars for a Full Ownership, $1,000 dollars for a 13 week fraction and $500 dollars for a 6 week fraction.
